Joseph Carnevale, an NC State student, has been arrested for “stealing traffic barrels and screwing them together to make a” totally-super-awesome “statue.” A misdemeanor offense in his state, the total damage was estimated at $360. This isn’t his first creation, the 21 year was also responsible for the Boylan Bridge Angry Man, pictures below.
