Wallpaper Collection
We here at Super Tight Stuff have compiled a gallery of our favorite wallpapers. None of these are original creations by the STS staff, they were found through web searching. If the creator of any of these pieces wishes us to remove them or to give credit where credit is due we would be happy to oblige — we appreciate the artwork and don’t wish to steal or claim to have created any copyrighted material. They’re mostly abstract pictures, and because the quality is high and the dimensions are large they may take a few seconds to open. Although they may not appear to be large images, that is because of the gallery style and if you right click and “save as” or “set as background” they will be full size.

How many/which of these pictures are real? There are some obviously fabricated ones, but the one of the space shuttle and a few others look like they could be real with some photoshopping.

As far as I know, pictures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 23 and 27 are real with a bit of color enhancement.

The one with the seahorse is real.
Seriously, this is some really tight art.

Why are you asking about realism in a set which includes a seahorse breathing fire and a sky scenes with several moons?
May 21st, 2009 at 12:14 am
Who ever said seahorses couldn’t breath fire? And some planets even have multiple moons. They must all be real.

The only pic here that hasn’t been photo shopped is the one with the seahorse breathing fire. All the others have all the obvious hallmarks of having been doctored…

There came a moment while I was looking at these pics where I felt that I was floating in free space. Truly amazing and inspiring photographs.

Um…. Snarfer:
Seahorses could not breathe fire you knucklehead, even if they wanted to. Fire is ignited combustion which requires gaseous Oxygen, some kind of fuel, and something hot enough to ignite same. AND no water. :< P
And what Terran like planet with multiple moons are you aware of ? It’s name please? What Solar system?
The one we discovered with our non-existent interstellar exploration ships, that landed on said planet w/ multiple moons, after traveling Oh, I dunno LIGHT YEARS at sub-light speeds, using non-existent propulsion systems we haven’t invented yet? And who took the pictures? HM?

Ricomon35, you are asking too many questions and I don’t like it.
The answer to all of your questions is God and/or evolution.
We don’t take kindly to simple logic at Super Tight Stuff.

I was skeptical about the authenticity of these photos. However, last night I went outside and walked towards a cliff where I saw not one but two moons. It was terrifying.
I then fell off the cliff and found myself in a shallow tidal pool surrounded by seahorses who burned me repeatedly and without remorse. My leg was badly injured and all I had to look at through the fiery seahorse wrath was a sky made of fire.
I will never be the same. Great photos. Way to document my pain.

Cool stuff.appriciated! If those available in different sizes would be nice.
May 26th, 2009 at 6:23 pm
If you click the thumbnails, the pictures will be bigger. If you want even larger images, trying copying the URL of the expanded picture and pasting it into a new tab in your browser. This should get the largest size available.

Who gives a damn if they are real or not? It’s about the picture, not if it’s Photoshopped or not. Get a life and enjoy it.

Beautiful!

Just to let you know, image 7, “island” is just a screen capture from a multiplayer map in the popular game crysis for pc. You can actually see one tank if you look hard enough. Left hand side of the screen just above the ridge. Looks good though, just thought it looked a little too familiar. And kudos to any game that can pull off graphics like that.
