This week’s music comes highly recommended from our friend, whom we shall call “The Graduate” (check out the movie if you don’t get the reference). Ratatat, a electronic music duo, have mashed some highly popular songs from last year into some tight new songs. On this volume, I’d say my favorite mashup is “Three Kings” by Slim Thug, T.I. and Bun-B. The electronic beat behind the chorus just flows so well it makes you wonder why this wasn’t in the original songs.

Another of my favorite songs from the album is “Allure” which features both Jay-Z and Biggie. Other than “Brooklyn’s Finest”, what other song is going to feature both of these amazing artists?
