A Shaolin Monk was captured at 1000 frames per second with a Phantom HD Camera throwing a sewing needle through a sheet of glass. Apparently this requires perfectly straight aim and a velocity of approximately 150 km/h. The Shaolin Monks, from the Shaolin Temple in Dengfeng, China are well done for remarkable martial arts abilities and feats of concentration and precision.
